We had great fun completing a "hamper themed" wedding recently on the river bank at Foy, we will publish some pictures at the end of the month. The Ross Regatta was a huge success with the weather being kind for the event. We completed the Presidents enclosure lunch with a sitting at 12 noon and a further sitting where over 120 guests enjoyed a buffet lunch.(Poached Salmon with prawns, Baked Gammon,Coronation Chicken, Asparagus quiche, all served with hot new potatoes, mixed green salad, three bean salad and waldrorf salad. For desert there was Mixed Berries Meringues and Cream). This was served in a marquee on the river bank outside the rowing club. Congratulations to Rose and Josh on their wedding, we hope you enjoyed the pig roast spectacular we provided at Bishopswood Hall.

Look out for us at the "Steam up open day" at Lea.

We did manage to get a friday off to attend my son Daniel's wedding to Jo, a great day was had by all - congratulations to you both

We are very busy currently preparing for some themed weddings in early summer, very popular are "hamper" weddings complete with victorian "look alike" china cups and saucers. Our extensive range of wedding facilities ensures we offer a first class service to you and your guests so they enjoy the day. Also popular at the moment is evening buffets for dinner parties, again these can be tailored to your individual needs.

We are now taking bookings for summer events, the diary is filling up with weddings and birthday parties. We now supply many self catering cottages in the area with a "home cooked meal" service, this is proving to be very popular. Our "business lunch" is also very popular with many local companies using us when they have meetings at various venues in Ross. Happy Easter to all our customers.
